Canada Goose and Global Brand Ambassador, Hsu Kuang-Han, travelled to Lapland, Finland, to chase another Natural Calendar moment where the Midnight Sun reshapes the rhythm of day and night. When daylight stretches across a full 24 hours, it introduces a simple question: how does the relationship with nature shift when time seems to stand still? The journey unfolds as part of Second Nature, the Fall/Winter 2026 chapter of the brand’s Natural Intelligence platform and its belief that readiness is not learned but lived. Natural Intelligence holds that nature has always carried its own wisdom, an original operating system running long before we arrived. Second Nature narrows the lens to the human response: the moment when adapting to a changing environment stops feeling foreign and starts feeling instinctive.
From the sunlit streets of Helsinki, Hsu Kuang-Han travelled above the arctic circle to the furthest reaches of Lapland where nature moves at its own pace. He ventured through forests and lakes, crossed the open tundra on husky-led treks, navigated shifting terrain, and climbed to a summit overlooking the wilderness, where he stood face to face with a sun that never set. Each moment carried the quiet weight of perpetual day, and the landscape unfolded with a clarity that only endless light can bring.
Reflecting on the journey, Global Brand Ambassador Hsu Kuang-Han said, “In everyday life, it’s easy to get swept up in the constant noise and pace around us. At times, it can feel overwhelming and make it difficult to see things clearly. But when I stepped into nature, everything seemed to slow down. Standing beneath the midnight sun and taking in the landscape around me deepened my appreciation for that connection to nature. In that moment, I felt a sense of calm and clarity, allowing the noise of the outside world to fade away and helping me reconnect with my inner voice.”

For his journey through Lapland, Hsu Kuang-Han wears the Harrier Fleece Jacket, Beaumont Pant, Epperly Sunglasses and Keystone Boot. Crafted from Recycled Wool Sherpa and lined with Peached Cotton Twill, the Harrier Fleece Jacket provides warmth and easy layering with an adjustable hem for customizable comfort. The Beaumont Pant brings a durable, textural finish, while the Keystone Boot completes the look with lightweight construction and HDry® waterproof protection.
Under the Midnight Sun, Hsu Kuang-Han wears the Ash Jacket, Beaumont Pant and Keystone Boot. The Ash Jacket combines a breathable Cotton Canvas shell with a brushed fleece lining for lightweight warmth and everyday comfort.
