This exciting collaboration takes you on a trip to visit Europe in a sip of cocktail, which is inspired by the newest Häagen-Dazs™ flavour: the rich Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone and the indulgent Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon.

Häagen-Dazs™ joins force with Hong Kong’s leading bars—COA, KINSMAN, and THE OPPOSITES—where master mixologists have crafted exclusive cocktails and snacks for a unique sensory experience. In addition, KINSMAN has transformed into a European café ambiance, and THE OPPOSITES has installed a special wall art by the entrance, immersing guests in continental elegance from the moment they step inside, delighting both the eyes and palate.
Each bar has created two limited-edition cocktails and one snack from THE OPPOSITES to incorporate with two new Häagen-Dazs™ Wanderlust of Europe ice-cream: Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone and Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon. A truly remarkable pairing on the palate, taking you right back under the European sun without having to leave Hong Kong. This special menu will run from 10th June 2025 to 5th July, 2025 in all outlets.

Cognac exudes deep aromas of ripe fruit and wood, laying a rich foundation. Cinnamon adds a warm, spicy kick, while banana softens the palate with natural sweetness and fruitiness. Crème de cacao infuses a sweet chocolatey note with a subtle bitter edge, balancing the flavours for a vibrant, rich taste. Paired with Häagen-Dazs™ Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon Ice Cream, it tempers the favours, delivering a refined, lingering finish—a perfect dessert to end the day.

Mezcal offers a profound woody flavor with a hint of spice, followed by the fresh fruitiness of coconut and cherry, enlivening the palate. PX Sherry contributes rich notes of caramel, dried fruit, and nuts, blending seamlessly with the roasted aroma of coffee to enhance the complexity. Poured over Häagen-Dazs™ Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone Ice Cream, it creates a luxurious, slightly boozy Affogato for an indulgent experience.

Crafted with Wing Lee Wai white glutinous rice wine as the base, this cocktail exudes a warm rice aroma enhanced by a touch of Ming River baijiu for a floral accent. Mr. Black coffee liqueur amplifies the rich coffee notes, perfectly complementing the creamy Häagen-Dazs™ Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone Ice Cream, highlighting its delicate sweetness and layered texture. Paired with Chinese-style vegan “roast goose”, this unexpected combination sparks a delightful flavour explosion.

Wing Lee Wai’s Yuk Bing Siu, a traditional Cantonese rice wine infused with pork fat, evokes a taste of bygone Hong Kong. It’s paired with roselle liqueur from local brand Magnolia Lab for a sweet-tart balance that enhances the Häagen-Dazs™ Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon Ice Cream’s creamy and spiced notes. No doubt, this is literally a word-to-word Tiramisu upside down! Antonio uses tequila blanco as the base for a subtle spice and freshness, enhanced with Frangelico Liqueur’s rich hazelnut and nutty aroma and Amaretto Adriatico’s sweet almond notes for a smooth, refined taste. The drink is then balanced off with a hint of citrusy with a bit of fresh lemon juice. Topped with a Tiramisu Foam imade with Häagen-Dazs™ Tiramisu Coffee & Mascarpone Ice Cream, this cocktail delivers a rich, lingering sweetness, that taste just like a delicious dessert.

Samuel has made a classic twist yet! Inspired by the classic white negroni, this cocktail combines cognac’s robust fruit and subtle woody notes, soft fruit sweetness and peach-apricot aroma from Apricot Liqueur, and a balance of herbal bitterness from Dry Vermouth and Cocchi Americano. Carrying on the bar philosophy of “creating unity with opposites,” this cocktail is made to pair with Häagen-Dazs™ Churros Dulce de Leche & Cinnamon Ice Cream—the creamy sweetness tempers the cocktail’s bitterness, creating a mature, warm, and indulgent flavour profile.

It’s absolutely Yam-my! A base of roasted sweet potato brings warm, caramelised sweetness, topped with a silky crème brûlée layer for a creamy-crisp contrast.
