For more than 200 years, Maison Perrier-Jouët has been renowned not only for the excellence of its Champagnes, but also for its passion for art and nature – an endless source of inspiration for its founders and every generation since. In 2023, the house has extended the brand identity to recruit culinary masters from all around the world, whose purpose is to connect those whom Perrier-Jouët dubs “artisans of nature,” chefs who are skilled at – and passionate about – delighting diners with experiences that will linger fondly in the memory. Since then, The “Perrier-Jouët Society” is formed in Hong Kong for chefs to exchange culinary conversations and knowledge.

Approaching the month of Artistry in Hong Kong, The “Perrier-Jouët Society” invites you to indulge in a month-long celebration of fine dining meets Champagne exquisite, showcasing a series of innovative dishes that celebrate the essence of nature through evoking flavors and artistic presentations. Welcoming three culinary luminaries: Perrier-Jouët Culinary Ambassador: Chef Pierre Gagnaire, whom will be partnering with Pastry Chef Jonathan Soukdeo of The Butterfly Room at Rosewood Hotel to deliver an afternoon tea set. Chef Joris Roussseau from Michelin 1 Starred Restaurant Feuille and Chef Romain from Michelin 1 Starred Restaurant Racines have both created Champagne pairing dishes that combine a delightfully natural sensation on the palate to go with luscious Perrier-Jouët Champagne.

On top of culinary happenings, with a heritage dating back to 1811, Perrier-Jouët continues to embody the spirit of celebration with its finest offerings to every household. From today onwards, a series of trade promotions has been released for you to take a bottle home.

Chef Pierre Gagnaire, inheriting a passion for gastronomy from his father, opened his first restaurant in Saint-Etienne, earning three Michelin stars in 1993. Now, Gagnaire oversees 15 restaurants with a total of 13 Michelin stars and has also become the Chef Ambassador of Maison Perrier-Jouët.

“Nature dictates my cuisine and gives it meaning. At A Banquet of Nature by Perrier-Jouët”, nature blooms from the plate – with utmost respect for the seasons and the authentic flavours of the products.” Pierre Gagnaire writes.
